1859 Large Cent. Please Help Me Identify The Variety

I am leaning towards TP1 since the doubling of the 9s circle is higher than the others depicted in the photo from the charlton catalogue. okiecoiner Pillar of the Community Canada 5585 Posts	Posted 10/01/2019 3:40 pm There are 2 different TP's that have been "officially" recognized, but yours doesn't appear to be a TP1. A full, exactly straight down at no angle will tell us alot, especially a full reverse shot. Report this Post to the Staff

okiecoiner Pillar of the Community Canada 5585 Posts	Posted 10/01/2019 6:47 pm Yep, it's a TP1. The D/C's at 11 & 13 are there. However, I never remember all of the overpunch inside the tail on the inner-right of the 9. I also don't know what's going on with the mess of(cracks?) at leaf 7 to the denticles.
