Here's a trio of medals associated with this event. The bottom one's an official souvenir and measures almost 34 mm in diameter. The larger pair (at 39 mm) were put out by the Texas Numismatic Association in conjunction with their convention held during the fair's run.

I honestly had no idea there was a World's Fair in San Antonio in 1968 or any other year.
