Hi guys, I found this particular Coin. Since I've been searching for coins, this is the first one I've found with this particular details. The letters are kind of flat and deep at the same time.

Personally, I don't see anything of interest. Remember, the relief of the devices have been lowering for a while by design, so a 1992 cent will be more flat than, say, a 1952.

I see what what you are seeing and I have seen it many times before. The center part of the letters like the I and U in EPU look sunk in. I don't know what causes it but I don't think it has a premium either.

Just circulation wear and flattening on the devices. Not an error coin. Just the results of a coin that's seen circulation.

Like John1, I've often wondered about this phenomenon as well.
