So I got this penny from a uscan at Walmart yesterday and I do believe it is a 1946 Joshua and Ally Walsh Wheat penny! But I'm new to collecting and just need some help please?

Looks like it is just a harshly cleaned LWC. I suggest you Put it in the stash of Wheats!
