it's not above a MS65 because of the gouge on the obverse and certainly not a MS67 or higher.

Worth 25 cents and not worth really spending any more time on it. Hi AU to low MS somewhere in there.

Has a fair shot at being MS 62 or 63, can't be any higher with those dings and scratches.
