AU-58 from what I'm looking at . Dull ,lifeless ,spotty, and reverse mark in left field . Possible FSB ? Is that a Cud on obverse at 3:00 ? Price is ok .

It's not the same coin, the mint mark is different and the scratch is missing in the reverse left field. This one is MS-64.
