SteveInTampa Pillar of the Community United States 4637 Posts	Posted 10/04/2019 4:58 pm I've heard it called a turned digit and/or a gas pump note. When rotated further it commands a small premium. Although the OP's note is not an everyday find, it's more common than we imagine and when it's this minor and because it's a $20, I do not consider it a keeper. Report this Post to the Staff
