Never send a Canadian circulation coin to NGC, that's like sending good money after bad. Canadian collectors and collectors of Canadian don't have much faith in NGC, you might as well use ICG or NNC. I am currently putting together a graded set of Canadian Silver Dollars. PCGS has better slabs/online presence/research material/customer service and this set up has them way above ICCS (I think). For higher mint state coins 64+ PCGS has a better reputation for their records and accuracy. ICCS for us Canadians is much more convenient though and cheaper than dealing with PCGS. Crossing border / insurance etc. I also like seeing the mint state canadian coins in a PCGS slab. They feel better and more protected than the plastic flip.
