Look up 1974 S LMC "RRPM". Yes 2 R's. It's quite interesting. And it's what you have there....

Pretty much normal for the year figuring in circulation wear. Very few RPMs that year.

I know alot of my 70s proof sets even have terrible blobby mi t Mark's but I've never run across one like this. Thanks for the info guys. I'll read up on it

Hmmm, I have kept all the coins I find with filled in mint marks. One is also a 74S that looks just like this.
