Hi, wrongalot, the pics are quite bright, but I'll try it, I would say it looks like EF-40, but it could go AU, I can't tell as the breast plate and skirt lines are not clear enough.

But, then when it comes to grading I've been wrong a lot.

VF-30 once the flat spot goes from head to toe on the obverse .

eagles breast shows enough wear to be flat , with better pictures (alittle bright to make out much detail in the skirt lines and fields my opinion may change .

but as a general rule when I see enough wear to produce the flat spot the whole length of the obverse relief the grade will be VF or below .
