Ok so here is a 2017 AMTB Iowa coin with a deformed reverse in the tail of the Bird mound. The top pic is the normal reverse the bottom 2 are the deformed tail.Requesting input for what category this fits into .Thanks

Hmmm. I must agree. I can't think of another mint caused process that would produce that area.

Well being an Iowa child, they are Indian Burial mounds in the mid-West. I've never seen them, but always heard of them. They were left alone and not explored.

It looks like a nice area that was Struck Through Grease. That's a large, deep area for a strike through. It's a Keeper!
