hi, I just got this 2 sided obsolete note today,i hope its a legit note, and I cant find any information on this note, any information would help. thanks

Sorry to say, but this is almost certainly a bogus bill. It makes no sense that two banks in separate states would share a single note. Also these should be engraved and they have the look of lithographs -- the fine lines are muddy when they should be sharp.

I was thinking along similar lines having spent considerable time attempting to be the first to identify this note had no luck what so ever not quite as drastic opinion as GregAlex but something isn't right when you can hunt the web for several hours and come up empty handed.

I would post it on http://www.papermoneyforum.com. There are several experts un obsolete currency on that site.

It may be printers waste either from a legitimate printer or counterfeit operation.

I've seen bank notes printed on the backs of remainders, but typically they run a different direction.
A landscape direction printing on a portrait direction remainder sheet. This is not the case here.
