Hello,
I'm trying to identify these two coins, due to my lack of resources and the difficulty in reading the markings on the coin, I'm unable to tell definitively the era of this coin.
My guess is that they are Arab-Sassanian.
Judging from the images I've seen on google, this one appears to be of the Dabuyid dynasty of Tabaristan. Again, I'm having great difficulty reading the markings, but they look similar to those on the examples of seen of Gil Gavbara and Farrukhan the Great. Can someone kindly confirm?

This one here, I have even more trouble trying to make out the markings. If I'm not mistaken, on the left hand side in the periphery of the coin, does it not say in Arabic script "Umar?" If so, then would this not be from the Umayyad Caliphate?

I have one last question, these two coins I've posted on here look in decent condition...as in, I don't see many signs of aging. Could they be forgeries?
I apologize for all the questions in one thread, I'm trying my best to learn this process and online resources can only go so far in teaching.
Thanks very much!
