I am new to coin hunting, got my first box to go through and stumbled across this. I weighed it, and it weighs 3.1 so I do not think it is scathed off. Wondering if it is a die adjust strike? Some help would be greatly appreciated

to CCF. Double check your scale. It should weigh 3.1 grams +/- .13. If it was ground off you would think it would weigh less,but it does look PMD.
