Hi all, Thank you for your help up to now. I have an 1922 s Peace dollar and it has some issues like a light strike, but what I am asking about is the eagles face, it looks like metal flowed over his eye. I am not sure if its wear or an error. Can anyone help me out?

The edge of another coin struck and left the parallel lines we sometimes call railroad tracks.
