How would you describe this clipped nickel. Is it straight or ragged? It has a really strong Blakesley Effect on the obverse, but not quite as strong on the reverse so I'm sure it's a real clip.

Why not both? Ragged Straight Clips do exist as far as I know.

I didn't think of that! Thanks! I just wasn't sure if it was a "ragged" clip. All of the other clipped coins I've had have been smooth and showed an obvious punch cut edge.

That's another question. Not that it matters, but does this look more like an "End-Of-Roll" or an edge cut? I've never examined an edge or end of the coining material.
