This 1967 Washington quarter is from a Special Mint Set. It has a strike through in the field near Washington's nose that I think was caused by a thread or string. I pointed out to my wife, Amy, that I think it looks like the shape of "Fudgie The Whale," an ice cream cake from Carvel she added that the whale was spouting.
