1997 LMC Die Chip By Post On Memorial? Thought Please

I found this 1997 LMC with what looks like a die chip on the right side of fourth post and a die crack at the right vase, I tried the toothpick just to make sure it was not a gas bubble any thoughts would be appreciated thanks in advance
