Some circulation. Almost uncirculated.

Eye Appeal 3/10.

The dark tarnish, rather than even toning, is almost always a negative influencer to eye appeal.

Not a fan. Has a small bullion premium, that would be it.

Is that holder soft and flexible? (Like I think it might be) if so get the coin out and soak it for a long time in Acetone,afterwards rinse with distilled water and let air dry, should get that green tone (PVC damage) off the coin. Then re-holder it in a non-pvc flip
