Bit sharper than VF20. But shield is weak. So maybe VF20 after all...

Not too much wear and it looks like a nice strong strike! I love the 2¢ coins. I have the same fancy 5 in my collection.

I think the weak "WE" and the flattened ribbon edges on the left would keep it in the Fine category. Just my opinion, though.
