to CCF, we would really like to help, but more info would be needed along with more photos (entire coin obv and rev) along with what coin type are we looking at

It is a 2013 d mount Rushmore quarter. I'm having trouble getting images to upload from my phone.

I have tried to do research but can't find anything. And it doesn't really look like Machine Doubling but I don't really kno a whole lot. Still learning

No know DDO / DDRs for Denver mint..check-out VarietyVista.com for the Philly DDRs for that design 25¢. And yes I believe that is Machine Doubling you are looking at. Doubling for these "single squeeze" coins would be seen first towards the center of the coin...Good question, keep asking

Edited: In the future, try to crop out as much of the background as possible and rotate your photos in order to show the coin right side up. You can use the preview button (before posting) to view all your photos
