Found this 2018 with a line from rim to rim going through Lincoln's forehead, help with what it is thanks in advance

Looks like rolling lines. What are rolling lines? They are the lines from the rolling to flatten the stock material. Sometimes they don't go away during the striking process. How do we know they were on the stock material. Well looking at an example of an off center cent.
2018-LMC-With-Line-Through-Lincoln's-Forehead-Any-Ideas,-Help-Please Do you see these lines on the unstruck part of the off center? Also note they are still on the area where it was already struck. That is what I feel we are seeing on your coin. Rolling lines.
