I have always just saved odd, old, or weird coins from years in the restaurant industry. Recently I have been searching for errors etc, and getting a few rolls from the bank. I got 20 rolls of pennies a few days ago. I wanted some circulated ones but they were all 2019 uncirculated philadelphia. Opened all the rolls and found these two.

the first two images (both the same coin) is just a damaged coin (road rash/scrape).

the second looks like it is probably just a stain of some kind.

both are spenders.

The first, as already advised, is simply an example that has been scraped enough to rip some of the copper plating. Regardless of its source, it is damage.
