It seems like that. It's a pity that the patina has been erased in places. But by the way, this is secondary, the main thing is that the coin is genuine=)
Those thick green chunks suggest that it was in contact with other coins/copper based material while it was in the ground. Coins welded together with that stuff are a nightmare to get apart, so I understand why a bit of overcleaning happened here.
