Found this 1995 LMC with what I believe is die clash but was wondering about the places between the date and bust any information would be appreciated thanks in advance

Between the date and bust looks like PMD. I do not see a die clash.

Thought it looked like second top layer of memorial Northeast of nose in first picture and thank you for your reply

That teeny tiny NW of bust is a hit, probably from a dime or quarter hitting on its edge.

That small area north east of the nose does look like the top of the memorial on the reverse, but because of the reverse's flipped orientation, if the dies had clashed the memorial's roof would be closer to the bottom of the obverse, running though Lincoln's tie.
