HGK3 Pillar of the Community United States 572 Posts	Posted 10/25/2019 6:24 pm That small area north east of the nose does look like the top of the memorial on the reverse, but because of the reverse's flipped orientation, if the dies had clashed the memorial's roof would be closer to the bottom of the obverse, running though Lincoln's tie.
