Arabic not Muslim. That's like trying to identify an Italian coin by calling it Christian

I am puzzled by the appearance of rust on what ought to be a 90% silver coin.

Does its weight differ much from 11.68g?

Have you tested it with a magnet?

Yes, I put a magnet to it. I think the rust is from another coin it was next to.
