1980 Washington Quarter P Damage Or Error?

Alyssan0elle New Member United States 2 Posts	Posted 10/26/2019 11:44 pm Found this 1980 Washington quarter. Theres an odd hole in the neck of Washington but not through ans through. Also its pushed out on the back but the shape of the hole in the front doesn't match the shape in the back. So I'm wondering if this is an error or just deliberate damage. Thanks in advance.
