1983 LMC Not Sure What Is Going On With The Reverse Help Please

I found this 1983 LMC with some issues in the memorial, it looks like Lincoln's nose is in the the third and fourth bay an upside down Y in the second bay, most of the columns are distorted and there is a raised area in the top of the eighth column as well as a wide line from the left side of memorial towards the rim and on the obverse there is some lines going from bow tie towards the date, any help would be appreciated thank you in advance for looking
