I realize its hard to tell from pictures but I would really appreciate your opinion based on the information available to you!

Multiple folds and bent corners, lightly soiled, I would grade this at F-15 to VF-20. About $30.00 to $35.00.

What does GMS5 Mean? I only know the F, VF, G UNC abbreviations!

It's got a hole in it and appears that the horizontal crease may be worn through.

GMS5 is the handle (name) of the person who replied to you.

He said the note was graded F15 to VF20.
