Looks like Machine Doubling. The lighting is the problem. It is too strong and spotlighted where the image should have been taken at a 90 degree different angle to allow the light to fall over the devices. Here is a view of the real DDO for this year (three known)

Your coin is not this die number. This die was noticed at the mint and was pulled. Thus the VEDS die state. (Very-Early-Die-State)

U don't need a scope it's easily seen by the naked eye I'm just terrible at pics I cannot get the light right copp I get it for a sec and it goes away any more tips. The doubling on this guy is serious
