Found this one at work still in OGP. I thought it was unusual to see missing clad layers on SMS coins. I don't own this, and it's still property of the LCS. The boss wants to list it for sale, but I don't know what to list it at. What do you all think?

I'm thinking that this is blanking related .
Copper was smeared up the nickel clad towards side that would eventually become the obverse when the blanks were cut from the clad sheets. The rolling mill helped and the strike finished moving the copper to show over the rim
Just my take on it
