I know it's a 25-D because it's ODV-006 which is exclusive to 1925. What do you all think?

I'm not seeing an RPM. But its tough to tell with that much circulation.

I think what you are seeing is metal pushed from the rim toward the mm. With the heavy circulation, the mm is already blending into the rim, and any movement of metal from the rim is about the same height as the remaining mm. See the streaks on the rim aligning with the metal below the mm in the enhanced portion of your photo below.
