Do you think Struck Through Grease since it seems to affect the U a little?

Looks like it was a glob of grit, grease and other yuck all in the way of the strike. The weight should be 3.11 grams. The planchet stock was just distributed around the struck through. There possibly could be more than one example of this if it struck to the die? Nice find.

Coop , I agree on the mucks composition though I have not weighed the coin yet. This coin was in a roll from a single roll purchase. There were a few BIE's , a reverse Retained Cud and another minor struck through but nothing to match this one.
