Having consecutive notes, in of itself, is neither unusual or collectible. Having consecutive notes, in of itself, is neither unusual or collectible - the OLD myth that consecutive notes are worth a premium may have originated long ago when the idea that consecutive meant they came fresh out of a bank vault (& were thus "uncirculated.") However, there are many examples of EF-AU notes that were put in wallets and then brought out to be sold.
