Hard to see from the photos but there's a fair amount of chatter on the obverse near the shoulder and in the field on the reverse. Pretty common for these later date wheats - hard to find in a truly high grade - I think this is probably in the 64RD range.

Tough photos to grade from but I can see some chatter on Lincoln's coat that may hold this one to MS-64RD.

MS 64 is my number. I got 30 like this but of the 30 most were folder fillers only 7 were better ,but the best is only MS 66 :(
