This has been sitting in my miscellaneous item drawer for many years. I assume it's one of those common Roman pieces sold for a buck or two at major coin shows but I'd like to be sure. Can anyone identify it for me, and opine as to whether it has any value? Diameter is around 12 mm. Thanks!
