1969 D Lincoln D Over S

Hello all I appreciate the chance to get a second opinion. I found this 1969 D Lincoln Cent and when we looked closer it looks like a D over S. I have never seen this before or heard of it. It clearly looks like an S in barely under the D and going through the D in the middle. Working on a better pic. Pleae tell mee what you think.

to CCF. Going to need a much better photo. As far as I know, over mint marks stopped in the 1950's.

The area your looking at is too small to be a mintmark punch. Just not what you think it is.
