Hi all, my first post. I was handed this 10c coin in change some time ago and was always intrigued by it. I'm curious to know if it might be some sort of mis-strike or deliberate mutilation. I understand it would probably need to be handled by a dealer to be absolutely sure but am interested in opinions. Thank you
