Possible Machine Doubling (I didn't see any other on your images) but none of the three sites list a DDO like this. Note it is flat shelf like as MD looks. Also MD affects the outsides of devices. Check on the motto images to see if you see the same thing in the same direction. Then you will know that is is MD. But so far, that is what I see on your coin.
