Definitely not. Appears VG sharpness at best with environmental damage on the reverse. Value just a few cents at best.

Each date will be different, but the 1919 LWC would need to be almost PERFECT to justify the grading fees. This is an MS-65 Brown PCGS graded coin and it's really not worth enough to cover the grading cost. Most collectors don't have coins graded unless they're worth $150 or more. This coin might sell for $100.
