Ok so I have found this in my change yesterday and it looked like it was in close to mint state condition am I correct on the grading?

Yes,please crop out everything in the background until you almost hit the rim. Pictures make the cent to small and when zoomed in on becomes to blurry

It would need to be an exceedingly high grade to be of any value.

It might be the lighting issue here, but judging by the color, this coin seems to have been cleaned

Besides the photos , keep in mind those black spots do not benefit your coin .
