It looks like a "Cup Holder" coin. It has areas where something like an acidic soft drink dried on the surfaces. The acids in drinks can really do a number on coin, causing discoloration, pitting and strange looking surfaces. If it's not from soft drinks, it could be any number of acids or cleaners that came in contact with your coin. It's PSD and the coins only worth face value.
ANA ID: 3203813 - CONECA ID: N-5637 Clean a coin that may be worth collecting? Please DON'T! When in doubt, leave it dirty!!
