Is this penny worth grading? Is this even worth selling? Please HELP!!

I really don't know what to do with the coins my mother gave me. There are too many to look for. Rare coins, error coins, double strike, weak strike, large date, etc. I feel like I'm going to lose my mind. This penny is the oldest one that I have aside from the 1944 US Wheat penny.

The sets that I have are the 2010 Olympic Quarters, 2000 Monthly Quaters Set. Lots of $2 bills..

I would really appreciate any suggestions/help from you guys. About this penny and how to sort the more than 10000 pennies and 12in jar of nickels and dimes. Mixed US and Canadian.

to CCF, Well... It's a Canadian one cent and since the mint doesn't produce any more, you should probably keep it, it has rim damage so, really not worth that much, enjoy your stay with us.

80 million of these were minted in 1951, and with yours being circulated, its worth <$1.
