I don't see a listing on Wexler's site for this year, or on Variety Vista. Also I'm not seeing hub doubling this coin? I see a stain. What am I missing?

Your guess is probably better than mine. I took another look at the arcing line that you're referring to, John, and I'm really not sure what it is. It's raised, though, not a scratch on the coin. Maybe it's a little strike through of something or other?
