I have a few medals in the Lighthouse coin capsules with the removable inert black foam rings. They have been in these capsules for about a year now with no issues. My concern is the foam, I know they say they are inert but I'm weary of this for long term storage. Before I go putting all my higher end medals in these capsules I figured I would see if anyone here has had any issues or concerns with this method of long term storage.
Thanks!

Lighthouse is a very reputable company with a long history of supporting hobbyists (since 1917).

There are a lot of things I'd worry about way sooner than this.

Your medals will be fine stored long-term in the Lighthouse capsules.

Thanks all! I have purchased more capsules. The only issue I've had is if the medal is not the exact diameter as the pre set rings it can be a real challenge to try and work it into the foam rings.
