Does NGC grade foreign commemorative coins in OGP same as the us mint coins? I have some rarer korean and japanese government issued commemoratives in their original packaging, and I was wondering if I can send it into NGC in the ogp and have the packaging returned like the us mint ones. Please let me know. Thanks as always.

If you pay the fee packaging can be returned. If you don't pay extra and specify it you'll lose it
