I can't imagine this is only MD on this coin. How does a coin get so much doubling across both sides, and how does the doubling get so uneven on the reverse? Even the building has doubling.

Looks like MD and DDD to me,DDD more so on the reverse.

I found a good link that explains DDD, but honestly, I still can't discern for sure some of the DDD examples from a DD. This is definitely a learned skill.
