But note on the one I posted how all the devices on that area are affected. On yours, Just two devices. Would you post some images that are horizontal with that whole area like the ones I posted? Then I could see what all is affected

it does look like Machine Doubling. It's flat, shelf-like and it reduces the size of the letters. Machine Doubling occurs when the die bounces and damages the freshly struck image.

The only difference is that the uprights look too wide to be normal?
