Proofs are very difficult to grade from photos. The stuff the TPG's subtract for is miniscule.

Looks to be around 67.

I wont make any comment on the grade, but I noticed you said "atleast MS68". Even if this coin graded MS70, it would only be worth about $70, and MS69 would be worth maybe $10.

I'd say 68 sounds right, but as noted, not worth that much.
