Probably PF66CAM or PF67CAM although I'm sure it looks different in hand. It's nice but not out of the ordinary IMO.
I see some edge/rim imperfections. A spot under the building which looks like it is a bit of environmental discoloration and some milk spots or something over the dome.
Under Jefferson's chin are a couple lines and marks in the field in front of his face.
PF70 would not have any issues what-so-ever.
